About the Fund
The Fund was incorporated in the State of Maryland in 2008. The Fund is organized and operated exclusively for charitable or educational purposes and is an exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
The Fund is currently managed by the following Board of Directors and Officers:
